Vampires and Swords

Posted: November 28, 2019 in Games

I have recently completed Code Vein a game from long-time publisher Bandai Namco. The game setting is a post-apocalyptic setting filled to the brim with vampires and gifts based on the consumption of blood. This game takes the overly used souls like formula and gives it a new anime-style look with the same harsh gameplay you have grown to love. It rewards your gameplay through gifts and the knowledge that you have persevered once again. It is an entertaining take on the souls-like formula. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely keep playing it after the credits roll.

After a Long Wait

It has been a long time since I have had the time to write something on here. A lot has changed in my life. Our boys are growing and loving school. We made a move to Colorado to start the next chapter in our military life. We adopted a beautiful baby girl who is the light if my life. New job comes with new responsibilities which makes it very hard for me to find time to play games. My backlog has grown a lot. With the rescent addition of Code Vein, The Surge 2 and Borderlands 3 my plate is very full. Still I will stive to deliver more content in the future. Thank you to all those who have continued to follow my journey.

So after a long time away I have returned to continue writing for you. Lucky for you I have developed quite a long backlog of video games I need to continue and play. I achieved my goal of getting my very first platinum trophy in Bloodborne a game which I love and enjoyhhhuhhy8. With the huge backlog comes quite o a bit of growth in my family environment. My loving children continue to grow and are adapting a love for gaming themselves. My lovely wife is very supportive of my idea to write about that which I love. I am still in the United States ARMY which I thoroughly enjoy and have for the last 12 years. I also have some great news for those of you who read my past posts about our adoption I am happy to report that we have been blessed with a placement. We have the little girl we have always wanted and could not be any happier. I cant wait to spend this next year hopefully providing you with some great inspirations and insights on video gaming while juggling kids a wife and a more than full time job. Thank you again for taking the time out of your busy day to read my post. I hope you and yours had a great Christmas break and i wish you the best this year.

The Struggle for platinum.

Posted: July 25, 2015 in Games

I am currently working on getting the platinum trophy in Bloodborne. For those of you who haven’t played this game I recommend you pick it up and give it a try. It is the spiritual successor to the souls games. Be advised you will die a lot. It isn’t easy but it is very rewarding. I. Sure you have already seen it and possibly looked into it but I will not spoil it for you. Go out and play this magical game for yourself. I will repost once I have achieved the platinum trophy. Have a great day readers.

Super busy

Posted: April 9, 2015 in Games

Sorry to keep you waiting so long. My wife and I have been super busy preparing to adopt children from foster care. As you can imagine that takes up quite a bit of time on top of the normal day to day struggle of work and college. I have been playing a few gems lately not enough to warrant a review . I’ll be reviewing the Handsome Jack Collection, Bloodborne and Lego Batman 3 Completely soon. Wish me and my wife luck please as we embark on our journey to adopt. Thank you for your time.
